Overview

All services offered by Ekalavya Talent Pvt Ltd, including assessments, counselling sessions, workshops, and career guidance programs, are paid services requiring full payment before service delivery. We are committed to providing transparent pricing and secure payment processing for all our clients.

 

Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Requirements

  • Full payment is required before accessing any service

  • All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways

  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours

  • Access credentials or session details will be provided only after successful payment verification

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface) - All major UPI apps

  • Digital Wallets - Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay

Note: Available payment methods may vary based on your location and our payment gateway partners

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST as per Indian tax laws)

  • International clients will see prices converted to their local currency at current exchange rates

  • Prices may be updated periodically to reflect market conditions, but your purchase price is locked at checkout

4. Transaction Fees

  • No additional fees for UPI and most digital wallet transactions

  • Credit card processing fees may apply as per your bank's policy

  • International transaction fees may apply for overseas payments

  • Any bank charges or gateway fees are customer's responsibility

5. Purchase Conditions

  • Each purchase is licensed for single-user access only unless specified otherwise

  • Corporate/bulk licenses are available separately with different terms

  • Sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of purchased services is strictly prohibited
     

Refund Policy

General Refund Principles

We strive for customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our digital services. Refunds are processed based on the nature of the service and timing of the request.

Full Refund (100%)

  • Cancellation 7 days before the workshop / counselling start time

  • Workshop cancellation from our end

  • Technical issues are preventing workshop access

Partial Refund (75%)

  • Cancellation 48 hours to 6 days before the workshop start time

No Refund

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start time

  • No-shows or incomplete attendance

  • Access to recorded sessions (if the workshop was conducted)

 

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at: team@ekalavyatalent.com

  2. Include the following: 

    • Order ID/Transaction ID

    • Registered email address

    • Service purchased

    • Reason for refund request

    • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Processing Timeline

  • Initial Response: Within 24 hours

  • Refund Decision: Within 3-5 business days

  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval

  • Credit to Account: 7-14 business days (depending on bank/payment method)

Refund Methods

  • Same payment method used for original purchase

  • Bank transfer (if original method unavailable)

  • Credit note for future services (if mutually agreed)

 

Dispute Resolution

Payment Disputes

  • Contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized charges

  • Provide transaction details and supporting evidence

  • We will investigate and respond within 3 business days

  • Service access may be suspended during dispute investigation

Chargebacks

  • Contact us first before initiating chargeback with your bank

  • Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension

  • Recovery costs may be charged for disputed refunds

  • Failed transactions: Check with your bank; retry after 30 minutes

  • Double charges: Contact us immediately with transaction details

  • Payment not reflecting: Allow 24 hours; contact support if needed

  • Custom payment terms available for orders above ₹50,000

  • Purchase orders accepted from registered companies

  • Extended validity periods for large-scale implementations

Corporate Refund Policy

  • 30-day evaluation period for first-time corporate clients

  • Prorated refunds based on actual usage

  • Service level agreements with guaranteed uptime and support

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Users will be notified of significant changes via:

  • Email notification to registered users

  • Website announcement banner

  • Updated "Last Modified" date on this policy

Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
